The Cash Package is designed for buyers who are ready to make full payment upfront and want the fastest, most streamlined path to securing their plot. This option offers immediate allocation, zero additional fees, and priority processing of all documentation.

Installment Package

The Installment Package is ideal for buyers who prefer to spread their payments over time through a structured monthly plan. Under this option, the buyer pays a 20%–40% deposit depending on the plot selected, after which the plot is allocated, and the remaining balance is paid in monthly installments over a period of 3 to 20 months.

Financing Package

The Financing Package is designed for buyers who wish to purchase a plot using bank or microfinance support rather than paying the full amount directly. Under this option, the buyer pays a 20%–40% deposit depending on the plot selected, while the remaining balance is paid directly to the seller by the approved financier once the loan is processed.

  • If financing is not secured within the agreed timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled or converted to an Installment Package under new terms.
